the Boat race

alrighty then. I'm not entirely sure what to say about this one. I might just ramble and jump from topic to topic for a bit.

Recently I thought on things that didn't come up often in my art, and that I should push myself to practice. Three of those things were full bodies, backgrounds, and males....
so this was born.

I think I'll name the character Jude (after the beatles song . I've always loved that name)...he's somehow in relations with my robot-girl character....I still haven't gotten much worked out about the two of them past Jude's name and the title of the story/category/series (it's not really a story yet at all. Just a concept that I'm clumping a bunch of character ideas for together)...I'm thinking I'm going to call it "Inner mechanisms". It sounds pretty lame, but it's all I can really think of....or maybe "Oldworld Underground", because that's really the basis of the concept (vintage fasion clothing, mixed with mod peircings/hairstyles, etc....Jude and the robot chick sport fifties attire, but some others have clothing from later eras....but those I might shove in a different category. I don't know yet.), but then that'd be blatently stealing off the Metric CD. lol.

Funny thing: "Jude" and I have REALLY similar hairstles...even though I drew the concept for his hair before I got mine done (and I didn't know I wa getting any of it shaved and died teal untill my hairdresser suprised me with that little idea the day I got it done [link])

put a lot of effort into the bg. hope you can tell.
And the whole boats flying through the sky thing--I really dunno. I just did it to take up negative space. lol.
